KidzFit is a new program at the Berea Recreation Center that includes intervals of cardio moves and strength training for children 8-11.. Some of the classes will be at Groza Field and will use the new fitness stations there.Classes begin Feb. 12 and continue on Sundays through March 4. The fee is $16. Register by Feb. 5 online at www.cityofberea.org and by calling the Rec Center at (440) 826-5890.
