Please join the Cleveland Law Library and the Cleveland Public Library in welcoming Keneth J. Knabe, Esq. to a free CLE program in-person at the Law Library and online via Zoom on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Mr. Knabe will provide a comprehensive overview of cyclists' legal rights and responsibilities. His presentation will cover legal bike practices, legal responsibilities of cyclists, motorists' legal responsibilities, evidence and damages in bike/auto accident cases, crash litigation, e-bikes under Ohio law, insurance for cyclists, and much more, including the The Julie Notice outlining how to effectively communicate with local authorities regarding hazardous conditions for cyclists.
**For attorneys, this course has been approved by The Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for one (1) hour of general CLE credit for in-person attendees and one (1) hour of general self-study CLE credit for Zoom participants.
