Enchanted Forest

Chippewa Garden Club, Inc. had the honor of decorating an 8’ tree at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens “Frost” exhibit during the 2023 Holidays.   CGC’s tree’s theme was “Enchanted Forest” decorated with owls, woodland animals, pine cones, white bulbs, icicles and much more.  Many of the decorations were hand made by members, as was the tree topper’s ‘old man winter’. 

As an Affiliate Club to the CBG, we are always happy to help be one of the many garden clubs in NE Ohio to decorate for all of Ohio viewers to enjoy.   Along with Decorated Wreaths by clubs, there were Gingerbread Houses displayed by local groups.

For the 2024 CBG’s Exhibit, our club has been asked to decorate a 12’ tree at the entrance of their exhibit.   Plans are already started and the CGC members will showcase another beautiful tree.  

CGC monthly meetings are the 4^th Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm in the Brecksville Human Services Building, 2 Community Drive, Brecksville, (the Human Service Building is in the rear of the Brecksville Community Center).
