Estate Planning

An elder care attorney will present a program on estate planning at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29 in the Active Senior Network Room of the Berea Recreation Center, 451 Front St.
Topics will include the basic will and why is does not avoid probate and other planning tools for families, such as Trusts, Healthcare POA, HIPAA, Financial POA, Living Will, Guardianship and Executorship.
Lunch is included.
