Harvest Fest

Each year, Berea welcomes Fall and the upcoming Halloween holiday with a family-friendly day at Coe Lake Park. This year's Harvest Fest will be two days - Saturday, Oct. 14 and Sunday, Oct. 15.

Saturday will feature Haunted Hay Rides from 7:30-9:30 p.m. along the Coe Lake Nature Trail. Tickets are free but are required since space is limited. The hayrides are open to families in the Berea City School District - Berea, Brook Park, Middleburg Heights and one portion of Olmsted Falls. Pick up tickets at the Berea Recreation Center, 451 Front St., beginning at 9 a.m. on Sept. 10.  NO MORE TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE.

Trick or Treat on the Trails will be Sunday, Oct. 15 with area businesses and organizations passing out treats along the Coe Lake trails. Harvest Fest also includes face painting, costumed characters, inflatables, a mini pumpkin patch, train rides, a magic show and music. This event is free. Tickets are required for Trick or Treat on the Trails. Pick them up at the Berea Recreation Center, 451 Front St., beginning at 9 a.m. on Sept. 10. Trick or Treat is limited to families in the Berea City School District. All other events on Sept. 15 are open to the public. Harvest Fest will run 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Trick or Treat on the Trails is 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
