Preventing Falls

Dr. Juliet Giganti, PT, DPT, will present a seminar on Balance, Dizziness and Fall Prevention at 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 10 in the Active Senior Network Room of the Berea Recreation Center, 451 Front St.

Dr. Giganti is with Fyzical Therapy an Balance Centers in Strongsville. She is a Balance II Certified Physical Therapist and also has certifications for specialized Parkinson's treatments. 

She and her staff will offer assessments and demonstrations and discuss steps you can take to improve balance and decrease chances of falling.
