Raphaël Feuillâtre in Concert (online)

CCGS is pleased to present the return of Raphaël Feuillâtre after his stunning Cleveland debut in October 2019! This exclusive online concert will feature Mr. Feuillâtre performing from his home in France.

 

Raphaël Feuillâtre is a young Paris-based virtuoso of the classical guitar. Born in 1996, he started classical guitar lessons at the age of nine. In 2017, he won the 1st prize in the International Guitar Competition Jose Tomas – Villa Petrerin Spain, and the 3rd prize in Kutna Hora International Biennial Guitar Competition in the Czech Republic.  In 2018, at the age of 22, he won first place in the Guitar Foundation of American 2018 competition, one of the world’s most prestigious guitar competitions, which includes a 50 city tour and a recording contract. He is also a laureate of International Guitar competitions in Viseu, Portugal, Coria, Spain, and Fontenay-sous-Bois, France.

 

Raphaël Feuillâtre is regularly invited to perform chamber music and as a soloist at multiple guitar festivals in France. Among his major solo performances are concerts in Spain, Finland, Argentina, Mexico, and Brazil, as well as a tour with the Pau orchestral ensemble to perform Concierto de Aranjuez.
