Saint Joseph Academy Enrichment Camp

Ever wonder what makes bread rise or how to make cookies puff up in the oven? This camp is designed to help girls have fun while learning the importance of chemistry and math in the art of cooking. Girls will participate in a series of hands-on cooking and baking experiences. Campers will also explore the West Side Market’s diverse offering of ingredients which will serve as inspiration for various projects throughout the week.
