Becoming a better athlete requires not only having the physical skills such as speed, agility and balance, but it also requires mental preparedness and knowing proper nutrition for pre and post game. In this unique camp, Coach Green will teach physical and mental techniques and skills to help athletes perform more consistently and at a higher level. Girls will learn specific methods to improve their mental strength including controlling emotions and concentration as well as physical strength including stability, stamina and speed. Girls will join members of the track and field team for a fun and challenging week as they work to enhance their athletic performance.
