Broadview Heights Spotlights Theater
Presents
Shakespeare in Hollywood
It's 1934, and Shakespeare's most famous fairies, Oberon and Puck, have magically materialized on the Warner Bros. Hollywood set of Max Reinhardt's A Midsummer Night's Dream. Instantly smitten by the glitz and glamour of show biz, the two are ushered onto the silver screen to play (who else?) themselves.
This comedy by Ken Ludwig is co-directed by Victoria Kirgesner-Hunsicker and Tim Anderson. It runs April 12-27, 2024 (Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30, with a Sunday matinee on April 21st at 3:00). All shows will be held at Spotlights Theater, 9543 Broadview Road, Bldg. 22 (on the Broadview Heights city campus next to the Police Department). For tickets, visit the Spotlights’ website: www.broadview-heights-spotlights.org
The show features Calvin Adkins, Will Bennett, Reilly Davidson, Anthony Harbert, Clay Hoffner, Jesse Jennings, Kayleigh Joyce, Casey McCann, Ryan Merriman, Irene Molnar, Erin Moore, and Julie Onderak. It is stage managed by Sophia Costanzo with intimacy coaching by Tara Corkery. Ryan Bergeron and Ray Conrad are co-producers.
